About me

I am Belhu Tesfaye. I was born and raised in town called Harar, Ethiopia. I came to Russia in 1989, for higher studies in the field of Veterinary Medicine. I graduated with the degree of M.Vet.Sc from Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. And 14th of February 2000, I graduated with the degree of Ph.D. from Russian Peoples' Friendship University (RUDN) and All-Russia Research Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine (VIEV), Moscow, Russia. The topic of my thesis was "Canine demodecosis in conditions of a modern megalopolis (distribution, clinical findings, therapy)" (Demodex canis). I have seven siblings: five brothers and two sisters (brothers: Taye Mamo, Getachew Mamo, Tsehay Tesfaye, Mesfin Tesfaye, Gizaw Tesfaye & sisters: Senayit Tesfaye, Yetimwork Tesfaye). They live in Ethiopia.

Work

At present, I am working in one of veterinary clinic at town Dolgaprudny, Moscow region (Since April 2000).

Pets

I have a German Sheep-dog and a cat. The dogs' name is Early and the cats' name is Katiya. Early keeps me company when I am alone, cheers me up when I am down, and she plays with me when I am bored. Early is so smart and kind. I don't know what I would do without her around.
